TERMS & CONDITIONS

The OPI Singapore Web Site, www.opi.com.sg (the “SITE”) is owned and operated by Allure Beaute International Pte Ltd, f.k.a.: Alexis Links Group Pte Ltd, Authorized/Sole Distributor of OPI in Singapore (the “DISTRIBUTOR”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the SITE and your relationship with the DISTRIBUTOR. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not register for or use the SITE. By using the SITE you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.


 


Modifications to the Site
The DISTRIBUTOR reserves the right, for any reason, in its sole discretion, to terminate, suspend or change any aspect to the SITE including but not limited to content, features or hours of availability. The DISTRIBUTOR may impose limits on certain features of the SITE or restrict your access to part or the entire SITE without notice or penalty. The DISTRIBUTOR may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and these changes will apply to the use to the SITE.


Intellectual Property
You acknowledge and agree that all content and materials available on the SITE, including but not limited to the OPI name and logos, are protected by intellectual property and other laws. Any use, copy, reproduction, display, performance, modification or transmission is strictly prohibited. You are not permitted to (a) modify or copy the materials; (b) use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial); (c) attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the SITE; (d) remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; (e) transfer the materials to another person; or (f) copy the materials on any other server.


Data Protection
By Registering and Placing Orders, you agree that we may store, process and use data collected from your Order Form for the purposes of processing your Order. The DISTRIBUTOR will have no obligations to you with respect to the Submitted information, and may, at its option and without compensation to you, disclose, distribute, copy, incorporate, or otherwise use the Submitted Information for any and all commercial and non-commercial purposes.


Diversion Policy
OPI & the DISTRIBUTOR do not guarantee the genuineness, quality, or freshness of its products sold from unauthorized websites & salons. Such products may be adulterated, misbranded, refilled, counterfeited and bearing illegal batch code or ingredient information. Such actions may be subjected to both sellers and purchasers to damages and fines.


Product Warranty
All OPI Products from the DISTRIBUTOR are affix with an OPI Warranty Seal Security Sticker to prove the authenticity of the product. The DISTRIBUTOR will replace any OPI Products purchased from the SITE affix with an OPI Warranty Seal that are damage or defect. In the event that the product has been discontinued, the DISTRIBUTOR will replace the product with a different color, flavor or of the same value.


Jurisdiction / Governing Law
Users of the SITE pages submit to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts and this SITE is governed by Singapore law.

The DISTRIBUTOR reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time and users are deemed to be apprised of and bound by any changes to these Terms and Conditions.

The DISTRIBUTOR reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access from a particular Internet address to the SITE


Other Terms and Conditions
The DISTRIBUTOR is not responsible for any typographic errors

The DISTRIBUTOR reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of sale at the SITE at any time.

The DISTRIBUTOR’s employee does not have the authority to vary any of the SITE policies or the Terms and Conditions governing any sale.

Defined Terms
In these Terms and Conditions:

“OPI Products” means product that is manufactured by or on behalf of OPI and carries OPI trade mark;

“OPI Singapore Web Site” means our web site for customers in Singapore located at http://www.opi.com.sg;

“Invoice” means the invoice issued by us to you showing the price of the Products and which is your proof of purchase;

“Order” means an order placed by you in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;

“Order Confirmation” means the order confirmation issued by us to you indicating acceptance of your Order;

“Order Form” means the electronic order form on the OPI Singapore Web Site;

“Product” means any product listed on the OPI Singapore Web Site which we agree to supply to you on these Terms and Conditions;

“Web Order Number” means the order number issued by us to you;

“Working Day” means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday, Eve of Public Holiday or Public Holiday in Singapore.


Cancellation & Return policy
Thank you for shopping with OPI.  Return policy (Customers will have to pay for shipping and handling of returned items.) Returns are ONLY accepted within 7 days of the shipped date. You may not return: sale items, or any items marked, stained, used or torn in any way. Returns are also not accepted if you ‘change your mind’ or decide that the ’style or colour does not really suit me’. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable (unless the product is damaged or the wrong item was shipped).

All merchandise must be returned unused, unopened, and with original tags attached.  Please remember that you will be responsible for the shipping costs and it is highly recommended that you send your package with insurance.  That way you will be protected from loss during shipping.  Once your return is processed, you will receive an email stating that you have returned the product to us.  Please allow 2 - 3 days from the shipping date for your account to be credited.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we take care of your personal information. This Privacy Policy may be modified at any time without notice to you. Please review this document each time you visit us or use any of our services.
