Delivery Information

WHAT IS OPI SINGAPORE DELIVERY POLICY?

We have FREE Local Delivery on every order above S$60 (Only for consumer log in, not applicable for professional log in). For orders below S$60, there will be a S$10 Standard Local Delivery Fee.

All orders are delivered through OPI SIngapore Local Delivery Partner and will require a signature upon delivery. Your ordered product will be delivered according to the location provided within 5 working days.

Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with our local logistics partner. There will be an additional charge for re-delivery should nobody be present to receive the package. Please provide your contact number under the address selected upon checkout in order for the courier company to contact you in case of any unforeseen circumstances.

If the items you have ordered are out of stock, you will be notified within two days and give an expected date of arrival or a full refund.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

We will not be able to accept any returns or exchanges once goods have been delivered and accepted by customers.

We are only able to accommodate the following exceptions and under the conditions below:

1) Wrong item

2) Manufacturing fault

RETURNS CRITERIA

Prove of Purchase.

Item must be in new condition.

Item must be unused.

Item must be returned with all original packaging and accessories, where applicable.

Exchange can be made within 7 days with purchase receipt.

We will not exchange a product on the followings:

- The products does not bear the OPI Distributor's Warranty Seal,

- The product has following sale to you become of unacceptable quality due to misuse,

- Failure to use in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions,

- Using it in an abnormal way or failure to take reasonable care.

Sale/Clearance goods are strictly non-returnable or exchangeable.
